Podcast RoundupAnd a call out for your favorite pods.

First of all, a reminder: It's incredibly easy to have all of Slate's podcasts downloaded automatically to your computer or MP3 player. Just subscribe (no cost, no registration) using our link on the latest version of Apple's iTunes. Or, simply paste the following address into the "pod catcher" of your choice:

The biggest complaint I've been getting from Slate podcast subscribers is that they want more stories in audio form. People seem to crave a full commute's worth of material. Well, we're working on it. But as a service to you in the meantime, I thought perhaps I could present a list of which other podcasts Slate listeners are downloading and enjoying.

Send your favorite (that's one favorite, not a complete directory) to by Monday, Aug. 29, at 3 p.m. ET. Next week, I'll compile the answers and present a list of some other audio fare that might enliven your earbuds.

Speaking of buds, this week's podcasts include two readings from Seth Stevenson's hilarious journey to Amsterdam. Click on any of the stories below to download the MP3, or click here for our podcasting archive.
